Productized service for local contractors
Let homeowners see a rough price range before they call.
I build a branded estimator for your website. Visitors pick their job details and see a price range based on the rules you approve. First niche: epoxy flooring and concrete coatings.
The demo uses invented prices. Scope and a fixed price are agreed in writing before any work starts. Prices are not listed on this site.

The problem it addresses
Homeowners usually want a ballpark before they pick up the phone. A plain "contact us" form gives them nothing back, and gives you a vague enquiry: no size, no condition, no idea whether the job fits your minimum.
An estimator asks the same few questions you would ask on the phone, shows a range built from your own pricing rules, and passes the answers to you with the enquiry. Whether that produces more or better enquiries for your business is something you would measure after launch. I do not promise a result.

How a project runs
Short conversation
We check that your work suits an estimator: a repeatable job with prices you can describe in rules.
Written scope and fixed price
Deliverables, exclusions, price, payment terms and acceptance tests are agreed in writing. No client work starts before that, and before the agreed first payment is confirmed.
You supply the inputs
Your pricing rules, minimum job fee, service area, logo and colour, website address, and where enquiries should go.
Build and test against your examples
The rules go into a versioned configuration. We check it against sample jobs you have priced yourself, including small jobs and edge cases.
Your review
You get a preview link and a short checklist. One consolidated round of changes is included.
Launch help and handover
Install notes for your site, a test enquiry to your inbox, a handover guide, and 30 days of defect fixes against the agreed spec.
Who it is not for
- You want guaranteed leads, rankings or a promised return. I cannot control those.
- Every job is priced only after a site visit, with no rules you could write down.
- Your pricing formula must stay secret. The rules run in the visitor's browser, so anyone who looks at the page can read them. A server-side version is a different, larger project.
- You need a new website, a CRM, ad management or ongoing SEO. Those are separate services.
- You want unlimited changes for a fixed fee.
Questions
Is the estimate a quote?
No. It is a rough range with a clear notice that it is not a binding quote. You stay responsible for what you quote and deliver.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, so I do not publish prices. Scope and a fixed price are agreed in writing before any work starts. Ask for a one-page scope and fee.
Do you have live client examples?
Not yet. This is a new service, which is why the demo uses clearly labelled fictional prices. The first projects are limited pilots with a narrow scope.
Where do the enquiries go?
To one destination you approve, such as your own inbox or a form account you own. The demo collects nothing.
Will it work on my website?
Usually it can be embedded with an iframe, but some site builders restrict that. The embedding guide lists the caveats.
Can you do it for another trade?
Possibly. Epoxy and concrete coatings are the first niche being tested. Other repeatable jobs, such as fencing or driveway sealing, may fit if the pricing can be written as rules.

A few short questions. I reply by email with questions or a one-page scope.
